My stay at this hotel was significantly affected by service issues and cleanliness concerns. While the location offered decent access to nearby highways, the rooms were far from ideal. I appreciated the pet-friendly policy, but the overall management felt unprofessional, which overshadowed some of the positives.

I had mixed feelings about this hotel. The rooms were spacious and quiet, which was great for my father's funeral stay, but our ADA room wasn't ready upon arrival. The service was alright but could have been better, particularly with communication. The location is somewhat hidden and needs some work, but it was convenient for my needs. While I appreciated having a Starbucks on-site, the menu was limited and didn't meet expectations for the price we paid.
